Yasser joined Hamza & Partners in 2008. He specialises in labour law matters. In addition to his area of specialty, he is also experienced in advising on matters relating civil law, misdemeanours and commercial law. Prior to joining the firm, he has worked for other notable firms.

    • Represented Majid Al Futtain in a series of labour cases before various tribunals.

    • Advised Clorox on employment related matters, including the drafting of employment contracts.

    • Represented SEDICO before GAFI on matters pertaining to their day-to day-operations.

    • Regular representation of various clients before regulatory authorities and public prosecution in regards to health safety standards.
