Sherif joined Hamza & Partners in 2018. He specialises in civil and commercial dispute resolution, as well as cases relating to the administrative judiciary. Prior to joining the firm, he managed the civil and commercial legal department at Ghabbour Group.

    • Represented Majid al Futtaim in a complex multi-party leasing dispute.

    • Represented a Carrefour store manager in a criminal case and successfully obtained a suspension of judgement, and subsequently had all charges dismissed.

    • Represented Ipsos in a dispute regarding outstanding amounts due to the client by third parties, obtained a favorable judgment and successfully retrieved the full amount.
