Sameh joined Hamza & Partners in 2011. His practice focuses on the establishment of companies, contract-drafting, registration of trademarks, as well as cases related to Social Insurance. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for other notable firms.

    • Acted as co-counsel with Dentons to Kandil For Steel Manufacturing on their restructuring in order to facilitate a foreign investment of more than EGP 60 million.

    • Advised a key player in the heavy industries sector on potential real estate acquisitions, performing extensive legal due diligences on each potential asset.

    • Led an internal financial fraud investigation for an Egyptian food manufacturing company, resulting in the termination of the responsible high-profile employee.

    • Handled an internal investigation for a heavy industries company in Egypt regarding a fire in one of its factories. The investigation resulted in the termination of the 10 employees at fault.
