Mohamed joined Hamza & Partners in 2015. He specialises in the establishment of companies, procurement of permits for foreigners, and cases related to employment, labour and commercial fraud.

 

    • Represented a Carrefour branch manager in a commercial fraud dispute, and successfully obtained a favourable judgment dismissing all charges.

    • Routinely represents clients such as Carrefour and Fromagerie Bel before Egyptian authorities such as GAFI and Passports & Immigration offices.
