Israa joined Hamza & Partners in August 2016. She focuses her practice on the fields of corporate, employment and intellectual property. Israa is well-versed in reviewing and drafting various types of contracts including hotel management agreements, employment contracts, advertising agreements and service provision contracts. She regularly represents her clients before various Egyptian authorities including GAFI and Passport and Immigration Authorities. She is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Spanish.

    • Advising Fromagerie Bel on corporate matters and general contract review and drafting.

    • Advising Decathlon Egypt on reissuance of residency visas and permits.

    • Advising Agencia EFE, a Spanish news agency, on employment law matters including social insurance and pensions.
